Schedule Networking Opportunities In Advance

One of the easiest ways to get more out of PACK EXPO is by being thoughtful about networking before you arrive. Scouting the list of registered exhibitors can help you identify priority connections, and having a few meetings on the calendar makes the show feel more manageable. It also helps to carry business cards and use the pauses between sessions for quick introductions.

If you’re interested in packaging innovations, consider stopping by to see Lacerta at Booth # SL-18056. You are welcome to reach out to plan a chat ahead of time.

We are also proud to be featured in the packaging innovation booth, which will showcase innovative new solutions and worldwide design contest winners.

Getting To, From, and Around the Las Vegas Convention Center

The Las Vegas Convention Center is enormous, parking is extremely limited, and PACK EXPO spans all four halls, so a little planning goes a long way.

Airport Transportation Tips

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) has two terminals (Terminal 1 and Terminal 3), so be sure to confirm your arrival point when coordinating rides or meeting colleagues. On departure days, free PACK EXPO shuttles will run from the convention center to the airport on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.

Airport shuttle details are included in the overall shuttle schedule here.

Ride Share and Taxi Tips

If you’re using Uber or Lyft, plan to meet your driver at one of the designated rideshare zones: the Bronze Lot off Siesta Vista Drive by the South Hall, the Silver Lot between Central and North Halls, or the Diamond Lot beside the West Hall.

For taxis, stands are located in front of the South Hall, at the Silver Lot in front of Central Hall, and outside the West Hall along Convention Center Drive.

Tips for Getting Around Vegas and the Convention Center

There are multiple options for getting to the venue (and moving between buildings once you’re on campus).

  1. Add a Monorail Pass to Your Badge | The Las Vegas Monorail runs 3.5 miles along the Strip, making it one of the easiest ways to reach the LVCC. Discounted passes can be added during registration or at on-site counters, with your badge QR code doubling as your ticket.

  2. Take Advantage of the Convention Center Trolley | Once on-site, the free PACK EXPO Trolley connects all major halls, with stops at the South, Central, North, and West Halls. It’s a quick way to cover the sprawling campus without losing time or energy between sessions. See the map above for detailed stop locations.

  3. Utilize the Free Shuttle Service | PACK EXPO provides complimentary shuttles between official hotels and the LVCC. Shuttles drop off at every hall and pick up at the South and West Halls. See the shuttle schedule here for a full list of hotels and pickup times. If you need ADA service, you can call or text 1.725.777.5998 during shuttle hours; requests should be made at least 30 minutes in advance.

  4. Zoom Through the “Vegas Loop” | The Vegas Loop is an underground transit system that uses Teslas to move attendees quickly between key points of the LVCC. Free rides connect South, Central Underground, West, and Riviera stations: you can get from the West Hall to the back of the South Hall in under two minutes. For a fee, the Loop also extends to nearby resorts including Encore/Wynn, Westgate, and Resorts World. Check the Vegas Loop map and schedule for the latest details.

Understand the Pavilions: “Shows Within the Show”

PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 organizes its incredible breadth of solutions into six targeted pavilions, making it easy to zone in on specific innovations in one concentrated area of the show floor. Here’s what you can expect to find:

  • Containers and Materials Pavilion (South Lower Hall): This pavilion brings together everything from paperboard and foils to right-sized containers and packaging consumables. It’s the place to explore options that support sustainability goals, improve usability, boost convenience, and give your product line a fresh look.

Attendees will find solutions that safeguard products, streamline operations, and keep pace with the always-dynamic healthcare space.
  • Reusable Packaging Pavilion (South Upper Hall): Focused on sustainable supply chain efficiency: find reusable pallets, containers, automation, and logistics services, plus a dedicated learning center for expert insights.
  • Processing Zone (North Hall): Showcasing the newest developments in food and beverage processing, this zone highlights technologies ranging from homogenizing to mixing. It’s a central spot to explore equipment that enhances plant safety, boosts efficiency, and supports seamless system integration.
  • Confectionery Pavilion (South Upper Hall): Focused on sweets, baked goods, and snacks, this pavilion spotlights current trends shaping the industry. From batch refining and enrobing to specialized ingredients, it focuses on solutions that help streamline production lines while keeping products aligned with consumer demand.
  • Logistics Pavilion (North Building): Dedicated to end-to-end supply chain efficiency, this pavilion features solutions for warehousing, inventory management, and transportation. The focus is on tools and technologies that streamline logistics operations and help ensure products move reliably and safely from production to the consumer.

The Best Places To Grab Food or Drink Near the Venue

PACK EXPO means you’ll be exploring one of Las Vegas’s largest convention centers, and you’ll want quick, good options nearby when hunger strikes.

First-time attendees can enjoy a built-in breakfast opportunity on Tuesday, September 30, from 8:00–9:00 AM. A first-time attendee badge grants access, but spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The official event dining website provides recommendations for everything from new celebrity restaurants to hip speakeasies. Below, we highlight some specific options for food near the convention center:

  1. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with Vegas Flair: Peppermill and Fireside Lounge | This glowing lounge features intimate booths, colorful cocktails, elegant service, and a dramatic, flaming reflection pool, but it’s also a practical choice with a flexible menu immediately next to the convention center. 2. Fine Dining with a View: The Eiffel Tower Restaurant | If you are looking for a truly unforgettable fine dining experience to unwind after a long day at PACK EXPO, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant may be hard to beat, combining gourmet French cuisine with skyline views. Google Maps Link

  3. The Modern Vegan: A Vegetarian-Friendly restaurant with great cocktails | If your party includes vegan or vegetarian attendees, this is a great choice (voted Best Vegan Restaurant and Best Meatless Burgers in Las Vegas three years in a row), just over two miles from the convention center (and even closer to the airport).
