PACK EXPO’s digital tools help save time while planning to get the most out of your time at the show. The My Show Planner app helps you save sessions, schedule meetings, and build a personalized calendar you can carry on your phone. For example, you can browse Lacerta’s event profile here to save our booth information.
The official Attendee Guide offers a comprehensive overview of everything from pavilions to on-floor education. It’s an easy way to familiarize yourself with the show’s layout, schedule, and resources before you arrive: View the PACK EXPO Attendee Guide.
Las Vegas fills up quickly during major conventions, and popular restaurants book out fast. Secure your dinner plans early to avoid last-minute stress and check out our restaurant suggestions below for ideas.
One of the easiest ways to get more out of PACK EXPO is by being thoughtful about networking before you arrive. Scouting the list of registered exhibitors can help you identify priority connections, and having a few meetings on the calendar makes the show feel more manageable. It also helps to carry business cards and use the pauses between sessions for quick introductions.
If you’re interested in packaging innovations, consider stopping by to see Lacerta at Booth # SL-18056. You are welcome to reach out to plan a chat ahead of time.
We are also proud to be featured in the packaging innovation booth, which will showcase innovative new solutions and worldwide design contest winners.
The Las Vegas Convention Center is enormous, parking is extremely limited, and PACK EXPO spans all four halls, so a little planning goes a long way.
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) has two terminals (Terminal 1 and Terminal 3), so be sure to confirm your arrival point when coordinating rides or meeting colleagues. On departure days, free PACK EXPO shuttles will run from the convention center to the airport on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
Airport shuttle details are included in the overall shuttle schedule here.
If you’re using Uber or Lyft, plan to meet your driver at one of the designated rideshare zones: the Bronze Lot off Siesta Vista Drive by the South Hall, the Silver Lot between Central and North Halls, or the Diamond Lot beside the West Hall.
For taxis, stands are located in front of the South Hall, at the Silver Lot in front of Central Hall, and outside the West Hall along Convention Center Drive.
There are multiple options for getting to the venue (and moving between buildings once you’re on campus).
PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 organizes its incredible breadth of solutions into six targeted pavilions, making it easy to zone in on specific innovations in one concentrated area of the show floor. Here’s what you can expect to find:
PACK EXPO means you’ll be exploring one of Las Vegas’s largest convention centers, and you’ll want quick, good options nearby when hunger strikes.
First-time attendees can enjoy a built-in breakfast opportunity on Tuesday, September 30, from 8:00–9:00 AM. A first-time attendee badge grants access, but spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
The official event dining website provides recommendations for everything from new celebrity restaurants to hip speakeasies. Below, we highlight some specific options for food near the convention center:
Even if you don’t snag a ticket, the Sphere is worth a stop. Its massive LED dome transforms into everything from a giant eyeball to a glowing planet, lighting up the skyline nightly. To experience the inside, you’ll need a ticket for a show.
Learn more about The Sphere at the official website.
Just a short ride from the convention center, the Bellagio’s dancing fountains are one of Vegas’s most iconic free attractions. Water jets soar in sync with music and lights every 15–30 minutes in the evenings, perfect for a quick break between dinners and networking events.

If you’re extending your stay, consider a half-day trip to the Hoover Dam, about 40 minutes outside Las Vegas. The art-deco marvel offers tours, striking views of the Colorado River, and a dose of history that contrasts nicely with the Strip’s neon.
Self-guided dam tours are available for $15 per person, and guided tours for $40 per person.

In our experience, the answer is a resounding yes. Here’s why:
According to the official 2025 show statistics, there are over 14,219 registered attendees as of mid‑August. Past shows have reached around 35,000 professionals from more than 40 industries.
No, unauthorized photography or video recording is prohibited. If you want to take photos or videotape, you must first get permission from the exhibitor. Recording devices are also not allowed in educational sessions.

Your attendee badge grants entry to every hall throughout the three days of the show. It also doubles as a digital business card: simply scan with exhibitors or at sessions to exchange details. Afterward, you’ll receive a personalized Digital Backpack by email, summarizing the booths you visited, sessions you joined, and materials you saved, so following up is simple and organized.
Badge pickup is available both onsite at the Las Vegas Convention Center and at select nearby hotels. Here's when and where you can pick up your badge:
Sunday, Sept 28: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Treasure Island open until 7:00 PM)
Monday and Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
