Recent installation of a new SencorpWhite 2500 ULTRA thermoformer has enabled Lacerta to expand service for customers within the food packaging industry.

Recent installation of a new SencorpWhite 2500 ULTRA thermoformer has enabled Lacerta to expand service for customers within the food packaging industry.

SencorpWhite’s 2500 ULTRA thermoformer features a larger forming area, longer oven with enhanced temperature control and monitoring, quick changeover system, increased press tonnage allowing increased production capacity, and the ability to form deeper, more complex parts. By helping Lacerta deliver on customer requirements for consistency and reliable order fulfillment, the 2500 ULTRA supports Lacerta’s fast prototyping and rapid tool making capabilities, enabling its’ customers to test new markets and packaging products, then quickly scale-up to high volume production.

The 2500 ULTRA’s versatility enables Lacerta Group to expand service to more food packaging applications, providing customers with standard containers, trays, clamshells, blisters, and custom forms designed and developed by its team of in-house design engineers.
